Dundee City Council urged to open up talks on tobacco firm investment – Dundee / Local / News / The Courier.

Dundee City Council pension committee meets in closed ssesion tomorrow to consider whether to divest from tobacco.  This report says that it will be receiving legal advice on the matter.  I wonder if UK obligations under the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control will feature in that advice?
